When buying a softsided bed there are three basic ways to support it. The most common is a heavy duty metal frame. It is important that this frame is able to hold the heavier weight of the softside [a standard metal frame is inadequate]. The second way is on a drawer pedestal and the third is on a box type waterbed pedestal.
Some softsides need to be reinforced to accept drawers or a box type waterbed pedestal. Virtually all softsides work with the heavy duty metal frame. We have a great selection of softside frames and drawers to choose from to fit any need. This is a custom service not found at most providers because it is a bit more complicated to offer a full spectrum of alternatives in supporting your new softside.
